a charming, authentic experience

i stayed in a beautiful king room. it had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room included personalized business cards upon arrival. the location was close to kensington palace.
The small hotel bar felt a bit claustrophobic. It had no windows.

Breakfast had much variety. dinner provided excellent english cuisine. I found it extra difficult to do well since it tends to be bland. high tea was easily one of the best i have experienced.

housekeeping was wonderful! the concierge assisted us with taxis to shows on the west end. the staff sent evening snacks, these were quite delicious. the staff were attentive to every request, i did appreciate it.

Amazing Stay with Excellent Service!

I appreciated the staff. They were so helpful. The attention to detail was amazing. Tim, the doorman, even cleaned the nameplates with a toothbrush! I also loved the upgrade to a luxurious room. It was such a treat.
The faulty toilet cistern ran constantly. I reported it, but the issue persisted throughout my stay. It did disturb my relaxing night away, unfortunately.

The hotel is perfectly placed. It is opposite Kensington Palace Gardens. There are loads of restaurants and bars close by. The surroundings are gorgeous and add to the hotel's appeal.
